1 Order Processing Time
All dress orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Processing time does not include shipping time and may be extended during peak seasons (e.g., holidays, sales events) or due to product availability.
2 Shipping Methods and Timelines
We offer the following shipping methods for U.S. domestic orders:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing. Available to all U.S. states and territories.

Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days after processing. Available for an additional fee (calculated at checkout).
Note: Shipping timelines are estimates provided by our shipping carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS) and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for carrier delays.
3 Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on the total weight of your order, shipping method, and destination. Fees will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. We may offer free standard shipping for orders that meet a minimum purchase amount (details will be posted on the Site when available).
4 Remote and Rural Areas
Orders shipped to remote or rural areas (including but not limited to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories) may incur additional shipping fees and may have extended delivery timelines (5–10 business days for standard shipping).
5 Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will send a confirmation email to the email address associated with your account, including a tracking number. You can track your order status using the tracking number on our Site or the carrier’s website.
6 Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 24–48 hours of the estimated delivery date. For lost shipments, we will work with the carrier to locate your order. If the order cannot be located, we will offer a replacement or full refund. For damaged shipments, you must provide photos of the damaged dress and packaging, and we will offer a replacement, full refund, or partial refund at our discretion. We are not responsible for damage or loss that occurs after delivery (i.e., after the package is marked as "delivered" by the carrier).
7 International Shipping
Currently, we only ship dress orders within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
