At dsvaqn.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your dress purchase. This Return Policy outlines our guidelines for returning dresses purchased on our Site. By placing an order, you agree to the terms of this Return Policy.
1 Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The dress must be returned within 30 days of delivery;

The dress must be in new, unused, and resalable condition (no signs of wear, stains, or damage);

Original tags and packaging must be intact and attached to the dress;

The dress must not be a final sale, personalized, or custom item (see Section 4.2 for exclusions).
2 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

Final sale items (marked "Sale" or "Clearance" on the product page);

Personalized or custom-made dresses (e.g., dresses with custom sizes, colors, or designs);

Dresses that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer;

Dresses without original tags or packaging.
3 Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer service team at service@denitee.store or +1 347 392 9868 within 30 days of delivery to request a return authorization (RA) number. Please include your order number, the name of the dress, and the reason for the return.

Once you receive your RA number, package the dress securely with the original tags and packaging. Write the RA number on the outside of the package.

Ship the package to the following address: 3851 University Hill Road Camp Point Illinois. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective dress, wrong size/color sent).

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
4 Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3–5 business days of delivery to our address), we will process your refund if the dress meets the return eligibility criteria. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account (processing times may vary by bank or payment processor).

5 Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a dress for a different size, color, or style, please initiate a return (per Section 4.3) and place a new order for the desired dress.
6 Defective or Wrong Items
If you receive a defective dress (e.g., tears, missing buttons, faulty stitching) or the wrong size/color/style, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery. Provide photos of the defective or wrong item, and we will offer a full refund, replacement, or free return shipping (at our discretion). We may require you to return the defective or wrong item before processing a replacement or refund.
